Leading Sales & Marketing efforts for DAVIDIC21STC ICT HUB, a provider of Sales & Inventory Management Software for hotels, eateries, lounges, bars, shops, boutiques, and warehouses. Over 8+ years, I have driven business growth by identifying and onboarding businesses that needed better control over their sales and stock operations, successfully bringing on board around 7 clients across the hospitality and retail space. Key contributions: Ran targeted marketing campaigns, built strategic partnerships, and conducted one-on-one outreach to connect with business owners and decision-makers, generating consistent client interest and sales. Helped clients reduce, and in several cases eliminate, inventory loss and pilferage by implementing our real-time sales tracking and stock control software. Delivered increased sales performance and revenue for client businesses by equipping them with tools for faster, data-driven decision-making. Trained staff at every client business on how to use the software effectively, alongside basic computer literacy, ensuring smooth adoption and long-term usage. Built lasting client relationships rooted in trust, reliability, and measurable business results, guided by our team's motto: "There Shall Be No Loss." This experience sharpened my skills in B2B sales, client relationship management, software onboarding/training, and marketing strategy, giving me a strong understanding of how technology solutions translate into real business impact.
