I will choose an appropriate font, proper column width, margin width and the ideal amount of space between the sentences and paragraphs to make sure your Checklist / To Do List / Schedule is a pleasure to use. Note that I design the layout of your Form, but I don't write the content.

Basic Gig Includes:

1 unique page design for $40 + 2 revisions

Forms that need to be created from a scanned document will cost an extra $20

Deliverables:

I use Adobe InDesign for making the layout, which I export into PDF files for delivery. A JPG preview will be available upon completion.

It is best to send me the file with your request. That way I can give you a custom offer.
