I started dancing in 2012 as a hobbie, and the more I did it, the more I realized it wasn't just a hobbie; It became a lifestyle and later, something I wanted other people to discover: the healing magic of moving your body. Thats why I created my own dance study called Flow Dance Fitness. And this is how my journey into coaching began; through dance, movement, and breathwork. I discovered that these practices could help people connect with themselves on a deeper level. Through that experience, I realized I had a natural gift for listening, creating a sense of ease, and helping people uncover answers to questions they had been overlooking for a long time. I found that my presence could help people relax, lower their guard, and feel safe enough to explore what was really going on within them. This experience inspired me to study coaching and turn something I was naturally drawn to, into a professional path of helping and supporting others not just through dance but also through listening and by providing tools that help others better understand themselves.
