At YBA, I moved into a more client-focused role where relationship management and organisation were key. Whilst still involved in the hands-on optimisation of our campaigns. I was the main point of contact for over 35 clients, handling all communication across email, calls, and WhatsApp. I led onboarding, 2-week check-ins, and monthly review calls independently, making sure every client felt supported and informed. Beyond day-to-day management, I played a key role in launching a new Google Business Profile (GBP) service internally. I helped build the processes from scratch, created documentation, and supported the sales team in positioning and selling the service more effectively. This role really sharpened my communication skills — from managing expectations to keeping clients engaged and happy long-term. It also taught me how to balance multiple clients while still delivering a high level of service.

At Bird Marketing, I took on a more strategic role, focusing not just on running campaigns but improving overall account performance and processes. I enjoy breaking things down in a way that makes sense, no jargon, just practical advice that clients can trust. Alongside managing campaigns, I built marketing strategies and presented them directly to clients, helping them see the bigger picture beyond just ads. I also introduced better reporting by creating Looker Studio dashboards where there previously weren’t any, giving clients clearer visibility over their performance. On the creative side, I worked on content calendars and even created assets for social campaigns, including AI-generated videos. This helped me understand how creative and performance go hand in hand. Overall, this role strengthened my ability to think strategically, communicate confidently, and bring new ideas to the table.
Receptional - Paid Media Manager

At Receptional, I stepped into a more advanced PPC role and really developed both my technical skills and my ability to build strong client relationships. I managed campaigns across multiple industries, including iGaming, charities, nurseries, legal firms, and SaaS. Each has very different goals and audiences. I worked across the full funnel, running campaigns on Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Demand Gen, as well as some paid social on Meta and LinkedIn. I was responsible for managing budgets up to £100k, making sure performance stayed strong while continuously finding new opportunities to scale. What really set this role apart was client interaction. I led weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings, presenting insights in a clear and practical way using Looker Studio. My focus was always on helping clients understand what’s working and what we should do next, not just throwing data at them. I also supported pitches, contributed to blog content, and collaborated closely with creative teams to improve ad performance. I consistently received high NPS scores (mostly 9s and 10s), which reflects how much I value communication, reliability, and building genuine relationships with clients.
