I offer a calm, supportive space where you feel heard, grounded, and emotionally supported. With 15+ years as a yoga and meditation teacher, I specialise in mindfulness, breathwork, guided relaxation, stress reduction, and nervous system regulation for emotional balance.
I am currently studying counselling, deepening my knowledge of mental health, anxiety, overthinking, and emotional wellbeing.
