Designed and developed a custom multi-layer PCB based on the ESP32 ESP32-WROOM-32 microcontroller for an IoT environmental monitoring and control system. The board integrates temperature, humidity, and air quality sensors via I2C/ADC and transmits real-time data over Wi-Fi using the MQTT protocol. The design included a regulated 3.3V power supply, relay/MOSFET driver circuits for device control, RF-optimized antenna layout, proper grounding techniques, and low-power deep sleep implementation. Firmware was developed using ESP-IDF/Arduino with FreeRTOS task management, OTA updates, and secure TLS communication. The project demonstrates expertise in schematic design, multi-layer PCB layout, embedded firmware development, IoT communication, and hardware debugging.
