You've seen your sales team's day: dial a number, get a voicemail, log it, dial again. Off-the-shelf dialers fix the speed problem, but they charge per seat, per month, forever, and your data lives in their platform. I build the alternative: a custom power dialer that belongs to you.


How it works: the dialer calls multiple contacts in parallel and connects your agent to the first person who picks up, with no ringing delay between the answer and the conversation. Contacts come from your CRM with built-in filters (campaign tags, do-not-call list, cooldown timer), so nobody gets double-dialed and nobody you shouldn't call gets called. Every outcome writes back to your CRM automatically.


I run Budgie Connect. I built this system for a real sales team and it runs in production: parallel dialing, per-agent isolation, signature-verified webhooks, and an optional AI voice handoff so an AI takes the conversation when your team is busy.
