What data do you need from me?
Any format works: Excel, CSV, Google Sheets, a SQL database or an API/HRIS export. If you don't have data yet, I can help source it (e.g. job postings or public market data). Anonymised data is fine.
Will I get the source files?
Yes. You receive the .pbix file, Python/SQL scripts and cleaned datasets, plus short documentation so your team can maintain and refresh everything.
Is my data kept confidential?
Absolutely. I work with sensitive HR and compensation data daily. Your data is only used for your project and deleted after delivery on request. Happy to sign an NDA.
