Do I need to give you sensitive employee information?
No. I only need job titles, classifications, and de-identified policy documents. No SSNs, no personal medical info, no need to share anything beyond what's necessary for the review.
Is this legal advice?
No. I'm an HR consultant, not an attorney. I'll flag legal risk areas clearly, but for anything requiring legal interpretation, I'll tell you to loop in an employment attorney.
What if my business has more than 10 employees?

What documents do you need from me to get started?
Current job descriptions or a roster with titles/classifications, any existing employment agreements or offer letters, and (for Standard/Premium) your termination process notes and leave policy if you have one.
