Worked with an eCommerce brand to create and configure a Klaviyo welcome flow designed to engage new subscribers, build trust, and increase first-time purchases. The goal was to turn new signups into active customers through a structured onboarding sequence. I built an automated flow triggered by newsletter subscriptions, using conditional splits to separate existing customers from first-time subscribers so each audience received the most relevant message. The setup included personalized welcome emails, discount-based first purchase messaging, timed follow-ups, and engagement emails encouraging social media interaction. This flow helped the client improve subscriber engagement, increase conversion opportunities, and establish a stronger first impression through automated email marketing.

Pipedrive CRM Pipeline for Loan Broker

I built a Pipedrive sales pipeline for a business funding/loan broker who needed to track leads across email, WhatsApp, and phone calls without losing track of who'd been contacted and how. The pipeline stages follow their actual outreach sequence: Responded, Intro Email, Follow Up Email, WhatsApp, First Call Attempt, Second Call Attempt, Engaged, Signed Up, and Closed a Deal. I also added a "Not Interested" stage to filter out dead leads early, and a "Chargers" stage to track funding deals that had already closed. Each deal card shows the lead's company name, contact details, and deal value, and the board is sorted by next activity so reps always know who to follow up with next. This mattered because a lot of these leads needed several touches across different channels before they'd convert — without a structured view, it's easy for someone to fall through the cracks between an email follow-up and a WhatsApp message. At the time of this setup, the pipeline had 201 active deals running through it, with most sitting in the earlier stages (Responded, Engaged), which gave the broker a clear picture of where leads were getting stuck and which stage needed more attention from the team. The end result was a single pipeline that replaced scattered, channel-by-channel tracking with one place to see exactly where every lead stood, from first response to closed funding deal.

Dubsado Lead Consultation Workflow Setup

Worked with a client to create a Dubsado workflow designed to automate the lead consultation process and improve appointment scheduling efficiency. The client's goal was to ensure every qualified lead received timely communication from the moment they expressed interest through to booking a consultation. A key challenge was maintaining consistent follow-up without creating additional administrative work or overwhelming potential clients with unnecessary emails. To address this, I configured workflow triggers, automated consultation emails, scheduling reminders, and workflow conditions that paused follow-up actions once an appointment was booked. The workflow was structured to guide leads through the consultation process while keeping communication organized and professional. The final setup reduced manual follow-up, improved scheduling efficiency, and provided a streamlined process for converting qualified leads into booked consultations.
