I look after business software that nobody else is looking after. Usually the person who built it has moved on, it's running on an old stack, and it's either broken or nobody dares change it. I get it working, get it onto something modern, and then stay available to fix and extend it as things come up (new features, integrations, whatever the business needs next). If you need something built from scratch instead, I do that too.
