Do I need a paid Manychat plan?
Some requested features may require a paid plan and eligible connected accounts. I check your setup before agreeing the scope. Your subscription and third-party tool charges are separate from my service fee.
What counts as a flow or message block?
A flow is one agreed journey from its trigger to its outcome. A message block is one message step. The listed block allowance is the total across all flows in the package, not an allowance per flow.
Does a booking flow include calendar integration?
It sends the visitor to your existing booking link and routes them through agreed qualification steps. Real-time availability checks, creating appointments through APIs and CRM integrations are separate.
Can you automate cold DMs to any profile?
No. The setup uses supported triggers and eligible interactions within Instagram and Manychat rules. It does not scrape accounts, send unsolicited bulk messages or bypass messaging restrictions.
What happens after delivery?
You receive the configured flows, a test record and handover instructions. Revisions cover the agreed setup. New flows, ongoing inbox management and future platform changes require a separate order.
