PDF, Word, exported Google Docs, text, HTML, and spreadsheets are supported. Clean, readable documents produce the best results. I can review unusual formats before you order.
Will the chatbot answer only from my documents?
Yes. By default, the assistant is grounded in the content you provide and includes source citations. Optional trusted external sources can be added if they are part of the agreed scope.
Can you integrate it with Slack, Microsoft Teams, or my website?
Yes. Website chat is available in the Basic package, while Slack, Microsoft Teams, CRM, database, and custom integrations are included according to the selected package and project scope.
How accurate will the answers be?
The system uses RAG, source citations, testing, and a fallback for missing information. No AI system is perfect, so the quality and completeness of your source documents directly affect accuracy.
Can you work with confidential business documents?
