I offer developmental editing, manuscript critiques, and beta reading for fantasy, romance, and sci-fi novels. I also beta read short stories and poetry, and I critique and edit book synopses and blurbs for any genre/topic.

Breana beta read a 50,000 word fantasy novel and I had specific things I was hoping she could delve into and she did just that. She clearly took the time to understand my story and left inline commentary that I found helpful. She summarised with a valuable readers report and I'd happily book her again for rereads or future work.

I appreciated her notes and her attention to detail! It was helpful that she left notes on poems that impacted her, I was happy about that. She delivered it early, so that was appreciated. I just wish she was a bit harsher with some poems if she didn't like them, but maybe she just thought my work was...

Breana gave excellent feedback in a tight time frame. She answered all my questions well and gave her thoughts on each individual work in what is admittedly a rather hefty poetry collection that I needed some help with. She has a very clear enthusiasm for her work, and I would definitely recommend Breana to anyone needing a good beta reader!
