Q: What file formats do you accept?
A: I accept PNG, JPG, JPEG, WebP and SVG. If you have an SVG file from a designer that's fine — just send it over. PNG works best for cleanest results.
Q: What exactly will I receive?
A: You'll receive a ZIP file containing 7 production-ready files — transparent PNG, white version, black version, 512px icon, and favicons at 48px, 32px and 16px. Everything you need to use your logo everywhere.
Q: My logo is a wide wordmark — will the favicon look right?
A: Wide wordmark logos sometimes need a manual crop to isolate the symbol for the favicon. I handle this as part of the service — just mention it when you place your order and I'll make sure your favicon looks sharp.
Q: Can I request a revision if I'm not happy?
A: Yes — one revision is included. If something doesn't look right just let me know within 48 hours of delivery and I'll fix it.
Q: Do you need anything else besides my logo file?
A: Just your logo file is enough to get started. If you have a preferred crop area for the favicon or any specific requirements just mention them in your order message.
