What is covered with the packages?
Level balance adjustments, panning, EQ, compression tweaks, and effect adjustments (reverb, delay, automation) on existing tracks.
What is NOT covered with the packages?
New Audio Files: Replacing existing tracks, adding newly recorded vocals/instruments, or swapping out arrangement stems after mixing has started. Structural Changes: Rearranging the song structure, cutting sections, or changing tempo. Tuning/Timing Fixes: Vocals/Instruments (Available as add-on)
How should I prepare my stems/files before sending?
Please send audio tracks as consolidated/raw WAV files (24-bit / 44.1kHz or 48kHz), all starting from the exact same point (Time 0:00). Ensure all tracks are labeled clearly (e.g., Kick_In, Lead_Vox, Bass_DI) Turn off any master bus processing, limiting, or heavy raw effects unless integral to sound
Can I send you a session file instead of audio stems?
Short answer: No. To avoid missing plugin issues or software compatibility errors, I mix strictly from exported WAV audio stems. Please render all individual audio tracks from your DAW before submitting your order.
What if I want to send new vocals or re-recorded instruments after you've already started?
Once mixing has begun, swapping or adding new stems requires reopening, re-routing, and re-processing parts of the mix. New or updated audio tracks can be added as an add-on for an Additional Track fee.
Is vocal tuning (Auto-Tune / Melodyne) included?
This gig focuses purely on mixing (balance, EQ, dynamics, depth, and spatial effects). Vocal tuning, timing correction, and noise cleanup should be completed before submitting your stems. Vocal tuning may be added as an add-on. If you need edit/prep work, please message me first for a custom quote!
Why don't you offer Unlimited Revisions?
Unlimited revisions often lead to endless micro-adjustments rather than focused progress. Setting clear revision rounds encourages clear, structured feedback so we can reach the best final result efficiently.
Can I get an instrumental, TV track, or acapella version of the mix?
Yes! Alternate versions (Instrumental, TV Track/Performance Mix, Acapella) can be included depending on your package tier or added as a Gig Extra during checkout.
