I'm Paul-Ferdinand Steuck:

7 years in IT consulting, MSc in Information Systems (1.1), and a PhD researcher publishing on generative AI and conversational agents.


I don't ship a generic bot. I design the solution that works: requirements analysis, tool & technology selection, and a clean data pipeline (PDF, Word, images, product data) to feed your bot.

Plenty of people can code it. The hard part is the structured concept that makes it succeed built with proven methods from practice and research: BPMN process modeling, structured requirements analysis and UML, plus the right stack (LangChain / LangGraph, Python/Rust ETL, API integration).
