Über mich
Hi, I'm Bilal, a lifestyle coach in my final year of training, based in the Netherlands. I help busy people build healthy habits that actually stick. I combine school, work and an internship myself, so I know what a packed schedule feels like. No extreme diets or plans you quit after two weeks, just small, realistic steps: Better sleep More movement, even with little time Healthier eating habits Less stress, more energy Every plan is personal and fits your goals and routine.
