We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Media Officer (CMO) to lead our media division, shape our global brand identity, and architect high-impact narrative strategies that position our robotics and green-tech solutions at the forefront of the industry. Role Summary Position: Chief Media Officer (CMO) / Head of Media & Communications Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term global media strategy to elevate Embotics' brand presence across international green-tech, robotics, and B2B markets. Define and safeguard the overarching brand narrative, ensuring seamless alignment between deep-tech engineering achievements and public-facing communication.Oversee multi-channel campaigns spanning digital media, public relations, technical publications, and international tech summits.2. Departmental Leadership & Production OversightLead, mentor, and scale an agile internal media team consisting of videographers, technical writers, social media managers, and graphic designers.Establish high-quality production standards for all creative outputs, including corporate documentaries, product launch keynotes, and investor pitch assets.Manage the media budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation across paid campaigns, equipment upgrades, and PR agency partnerships.3. PR, Ecosystem Growth & Stakeholder RelationsCultivate relationships with major tech journalists, environmental publications, and local/international media houses to secure earned media coverage.Position executive leadership as industry thought leaders through strategic placement in top-tier tech panels.
