As COO, my main responsibility was to guide our development teams to take projects from idea to reality. We worked as the development arm for the Gravitad accelerator, which exposed us to an incredible variety of challenges and technologies. My main duties included: Leading day-to-day operations: I was responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of multiple projects at once, ensuring teams had what they needed to move forward from validation of technical documentation to deployment in development and pre-production environments. Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams: my day-to-day consisted of facilitating work between diverse areas, including teams in Artificial Intelligence (where we worked with custom agents and fine-tuning), Blockchain (NFTs and tokens), Backend and Frontend development, and even some Augmented and Virtual Reality explorations. Ensuring documentation quality: I put a big focus on ensuring that the documentation for each project was clear and consistent. This ranged from technical briefs and requirements documents to UI/UX prototypes, all in order to facilitate the team's work and the understanding of the product.
