I founded and run ColdToClose, a UK-based done-for-you lead generation agency serving aesthetics clinics, private dental practices, and recruitment agencies. I design and manage Meta ad campaigns end-to-end — account setup, Pixel implementation, audience targeting, and budget pacing through the learning phase. I build client-facing funnels and landing pages in GoHighLevel, integrated with AI-powered appointment booking and CRM reporting. I wrote and refined a full discovery-to-close sales framework and personally close a portion of booked meetings. I recruit, onboard, and manage a small outbound team of cold callers and DM setters, including commission structures and lead-qualification standards.
