Worked with Eugene at Praxtion to design and implement a Microsoft Forms and Power Automate intake system for employee onboarding, hardware, and software service requests. Built a conditional Microsoft Forms intake experience that routes users to the appropriate request fields based on their selected request type. Connected the form to Power Automate and SharePoint to create a centralized system of record. Implemented business rule validation, rejection handling, requester notifications, status tracking, and structured error handling using Scopes and Configure Run After. Refactored the workflow to ensure each submission creates only one SharePoint record, with the same Item ID reused for subsequent updates. The solution was designed around Microsoft native tools and prepared for reliable production use.
