Will my formula actually work in real production — or only on paper?
Every formula I deliver is designed with manufacturing scalability in mind. I specify processing temperatures, mixing sequences, and phase-in order so your contract manufacturer can follow the guide directly.
How do I keep my formula idea confidential?
Your IP is protected under Fiverr's buyer rights policy. For added security, I'm happy to sign a mutual NDA before any briefing call or message exchange — just request it at the start of our conversation. All formulas are delivered as your sole property.
Can I request specific hero ingredients or a "free from" ingredient list?
Absolutely. Specify any hero actives (e.g. niacinamide, retinol, peptides, bakuchiol) and any ingredients to exclude (parabens, sulfates, silicones, essential oils, etc.) in your brief. I'll build the formula around your parameters while maintaining stability and efficacy.
What if I want changes after receiving the formula?
Revisions are included in every package. I also offer free follow-up assistance for reasonable refinements during your early production stage — because a good formula is a living document, not a final deliverable.
