Senior programme and project manager with 17+ years in defence, aviation and technology. I’ve led PMOs and delivered high-value defence programmes and aviation solutions.
My roots are in quality and configuration management. I led ISO 9001 certification at Nurol Machinery and CMMI Level 3 at KAREL. I’ve written and applied CM plans to EIA-649, MIL-STD-973 and ISO 10007, plus PMBOK-aligned project plans and procedures.
