Specialized in transforming low-converting DIY websites into high-yield lead generation engines by building hyper-targeted neighborhood landing pages, custom MLS search filters and automated AI Copilot/ISA lead response workflows. Directed system-wide database restructuring and workflow migrations from legacy kvCORE to the modern BoldTrail ecosystem for multi-state real estate teams. The brokerage was paralyzed by the forced kvCORE-to-BoldTrail migration, with high-intent seller leads falling through the cracks during the transition. I successfully mapped their legacy data architecture to BoldTrail’s modern ecosystem, rescuing hundreds of orphaned contacts and immediately re-engaging them through targeted behavioral triggers. Designed tailored Smart Campaigns combining automated SMS, ringless voicemails, email drips, and task triggers designed around specific buyer/seller lifecycle stages. Integrated local MLS IDX pipelines, custom landing page funnels, and automated sphere-of-influence (SOI) re-engagement sequences.
