What languages do you support for the feed design?
I provide customer support and deliver the PDF layout guides in English and Portuguese. However, since the templates are custom-made in Canva, I can design the visual placeholders with text in any language you provide!
What do I need to provide for you to start working?
To get started, you'll just need to share your Instagram handle, a brief description of your niche/target audience, any logos or brand colors you use, and 2-3 examples of visual styles you love. You will be prompted to submit these details right after placing your order!
Can I request a completely different design style during the revision process?
Revisions cover tweaks to colors, fonts, or minor layout adjustments based on our initial moodboard agreements. Complete redesigns with a totally new style concept are not included and will require an additional concept fee.
Do you write the captions or publish the posts for me?
No, this is a strictly visual and aesthetic design service. I focus entirely on your grid layout, color palette, moodboard, and templates. I do not provide copywriting, caption writing, hashtag research, or account management.
Can I use these designs for commercial purposes?
Absolutely! Once the order is completed and delivered, full commercial rights for the custom designs and grid layouts belong entirely to you to promote your business.
