I am Davi, I am a British expat with 15 years of life experience in the USA, currently residing in Brazil. I am a mathematician by training (BSc Hons University of Wolverhampton) but with a passion for writing. I excel at fantasy and sci-fi, but have worked in historical and non-fiction.

I started in reviewing property tax exemptions and reassessment exclusions for homeowners, disabled veterans, and institutions for 2 years. I then had 18 months experience in title transfer, working on deed chains, changes in ownership, and parent-child exclusion claims. Finally I was promoted to appraiser and have experience in residential, commercial, agricultural, and historical property appraisal, as well as appraisal of vacant land and manufactured homes. I have worked in properties ranging from celebrity houses to low-income housing projects to historical structures and am well versed in Californian property tax law on a wide variety of topics. While there are many people who have been doing the job for longer, very few people have the breadth of experience I have.
