After getting the details of the issue you're experiencing and identifying the exact issue, I will remotely connect to your Device and troubleshoot it.
What if I can't/don't want to provide remote access to my Device?
Remote access is crucial for me to easily identify the issue and troubleshoot your device, I don't provide support without remote access unless you're incapable of providing remote access due to technical reasons
What if my issue doesn't get resolved?
If I'm unable to identify or solve your issue after the remote connection, you will be receiving a full refund, however, if I'm able to identify the root cause of an issue which can only be fixed by hardware installation or repair, you will get a 50% refund.
