Welche Dateien erhalte ich nach der Bestellung?
Du erhältst Gerber-Dateien, Bohrdateien, Schaltpläne, Stückliste, Pick & Place, 2D-Bilder, 3D-Renderings und STEP-Dateien – vollständig formatiert für JLCPCB und PCBWay. Alles, was dein Hersteller braucht, um dein Board sofort zu produzieren.
Kannst du PCBs für ESP32, STM32 oder Arduino entwerfen?
Ja. Ich entwerfe regelmäßig PCBs für ESP32, ESP8266, STM32, Arduino und RP2040. Von einfachen IoT-Sensorknoten bis hin zu vollständigen Entwicklungsboards mit USB, SPI, I2C und UART – ich kümmere mich um Schaltplan-Design und PCB-Layout von Anfang bis Ende.
Verwendest du Altium Designer oder KiCad?
Ich arbeite mit Altium Designer, KiCad, EasyEDA und Proteus. Ich kann ein bestehendes Projekt in deinem bevorzugten Tool fortsetzen und native Dateien sowie Gerber, Stückliste, Pick & Place und STEP-Exporte mit jeder Bestellung liefern.
Sind Gerber-Dateien mit JLCPCB und PCBWay kompatibel?
Jedes Design wird vor der Lieferung anhand der DFM-Richtlinien von JLCPCB und PCBWay überprüft. Abstände, Bohrgrößen und Kupfergewichte werden allesamt verifiziert. Für die JLCPCB-Bestückung bereite ich auch BOM- und CPL-Dateien im erforderlichen Format vor.
Kannst du auch mit einer groben Idee oder handgezeichnetem Schaltplan starten?
Ja. Teile mir dein Konzept, Blockdiagramm oder Referenzschaltung mit, und ich erstelle zuerst einen vollständigen Schaltplan, hole deine Zustimmung ein und gehe dann zum PCB-Layout über. Du bleibst in Kontrolle, bevor irgendwelche Gerber-Dateien erstellt werden.
Brauche ich für mein Projekt eine Mehrlagige PCB?
Wenn dein Design eine hohe Komponenten-Dichte, Hochgeschwindigkeits-Signale oder spezielle Power- und Ground-Planes hat – ja. STM32, USB-Hubs, HDMI und RF-Module benötigen in der Regel 4 oder mehr Lagen. Schreib mir eine Nachricht, und ich berate dich zum richtigen Stackup.
Wie bestelle ich richtig?
Schreib mir vor der Bestellung. Teile mir den Zweck deines Schaltplans, die Anzahl der Komponenten, Layer-Präferenz, Boardgröße und Ziel-Fab mit. Ich bestätige das richtige Paket und den Zeitplan, damit dein PCB-Design von Anfang an richtig eingeschätzt wird.
Wie viele Revisionen bieten Sie an?
Basic umfasst 1 Revision, Standard 2 und Premium unbegrenzte Revisionen. Revisionen beinhalten Layout-Änderungen, Trace-Umlenkungen, Komponentenverschiebungen und DRC-Korrekturen. Größere Scope-Änderungen können eine separate Bestellung erfordern.
Kannst du ein bestehendes PCB reverse engineering?
Ja. Teile mir Fotos oder Teil-Dokumentationen deines bestehenden Boards mit, und ich rekonstruieren den Schaltplan sowie ein sauberes, aktuelles PCB-Layout. Nützlich bei Legacy-Hardware, eingestellten Boards oder Redesigns, die verbessert werden sollen.
Was macht deine PCB-Designs fertig für die Produktion?
Jedes Layout besteht DRC- und ERC-Checks, Abstandsüberprüfungen und DFM-Reviews anhand der Regeln der Fertigungsstätte. Via-Größen, Siebdruck, Kupfer-zu-Rand-Abstand und Impedanz werden allesamt geprüft, damit dein Board beim ersten Versuch funktioniert.
