As an Office Manager at CHECK24, I was responsible for the organization and coordination of daily office operations across multiple locations. My responsibilities included supplier management, obtaining and comparing quotations, invoice verification, business correspondence, appointment coordination and the organization of catering services. I also planned and coordinated corporate events for up to 300 participants, employee health initiatives, business travel, transportation and other internal projects. I regularly communicated with internal departments and external service providers, created Excel reports, schedules, surveys, checklists and process documentation, and ensured that projects were completed reliably, efficiently and on time.
