E-commerce Product Listing & Data Management for US Furniture Brand (Coleman Furniture)

Worked with Coleman Furniture, a US-based e-commerce furniture company, for over 4 years in a long-term weekly contract role. My responsibilities included managing and optimizing product listings, updating catalog data, and ensuring accurate and consistent product information across the platform. The client required high accuracy, fast turnaround, and structured data management for a large inventory of furniture products. One of the key challenges was maintaining consistency across thousands of SKUs while ensuring all product details (titles, descriptions, pricing, and variations) were correctly updated without errors. I handled: Product listing creation and updates Data entry and catalog management Excel sheet formatting and cleanup Variation handling (size, color, style) Ensuring data accuracy for e-commerce upload systems Through consistent weekly delivery and attention to detail, I helped maintain a clean, organized, and updated product database for the client’s online store.
