Invoices, receipts, purchase orders, statements, forms, reports I'll pull the

fields you need (dates, amounts, invoice numbers, supplier names, line items, totals,whatever) into a tidy Excel sheet, one row per document, ready to

filter, sum and import into your accounts.

You get: a clean Excel file and a CSV, consistent formatting throughout, and

a short note on anything that didn't extract cleanly so nothing slips through.

On Premium I also build a reusable template so you can run the next batch

yourself, and I cross-check totals.

Works best with: text-based PDFs (the kind you can select text in). Scanned

or photographed documents need OCR send a sample and I'll tell you what's

possible and quote accordingly.
