Led HubSpot CRM and Growth Operations across Admissions, Events, Academic Programs, and Growth initiatives, centralizing commercial workflows, lead management, lifecycle automation, and reporting inside HubSpot. Designed and optimized CRM architecture for 40+ academic programs, including admissions pipelines, deal stages, lifecycle rules, lead statuses, program properties, ownership logic, and validation processes. Built and maintained HubSpot workflows for lead qualification, SQL evaluation, contact ownership cleanup, event registration flows, Marketing Contact logic, and operational handoffs between Growth, Admissions, Academic, and Administration teams. Designed automation logic to qualify leads into SQL based on payment capacity, motivation/interest, and academic requirements, reducing manual review and improving commercial prioritization. Supported the operational structure for academic and institutional events, including event pipelines, registration views, transactional email logic, Marketing Contact criteria, access control, and attendee reporting. Created CRM governance standards for properties, workflows, naming conventions, user permissions, views, dashboards, and recurring CRM maintenance tasks such as duplicate contact reviews and owner assignment cleanup. Built executive and operational dashboards to improve visibility across lead generation, admissions pipeline performance, campaign source tracking, conversion stages, and CRM data quality issues. Created and validated a private HubSpot API app to provide controlled read-only access for IT integration work with ADEN/SIU, including Contacts, Deals, and schema-level properties while avoiding unnecessary webhook dependencies. Acted as the main HubSpot owner for CRM prioritization, troubleshooting, stakeholder requests, permissions, workflow documentation, and process improvement across Growth and Admissions operations.
