I worked with my client, Piyushkumar Patel, on a citation boosting project focused on improving the visibility, credibility, and measurable impact of his published research, with the goal of increasing his Google Scholar citations and strengthening his overall academic profile; after reviewing his existing publications and citation record, I identified key challenges including limited discoverability, keyword optimization gaps, and low cross-platform exposure, which were affecting organic citation growth, so I implemented a structured strategy involving metadata refinement, improved referencing alignment, targeted visibility enhancement, and ethical citation positioning to ensure natural and verifiable growth, while maintaining compliance with academic standards, and through careful monitoring and strategic optimization, the project successfully enhanced his citation trajectory and improved his research presence across scholarly databases.

Airtable Automation Specialist

Over the past few years, I have worked on multiple Airtable-based automation projects for small businesses, startups, and service providers looking to replace manual processes with structured systems. One of my recent projects involved building a complete Airtable CRM for a service-based business that was previously managing leads in spreadsheets. I designed a multi-table Airtable base to track leads, clients, deals, and activities, then connected it with Make to automate lead capture, follow-ups, and status updates. This reduced manual data entry and improved response time significantly. In another project, I developed a project management and client tracking system using Airtable and Softr. The system included dashboards for internal teams and a simple client portal where users could view updates and submit requests. I structured the database with linked records, custom views, and interfaces to ensure clarity and ease of use. I have also handled data migration projects, converting large Excel and Google Sheets datasets into clean, relational Airtable systems. This included restructuring data, creating proper field types, and building views that allowed clients to filter and manage information more efficiently. For automation, I have implemented workflows using Make, Zapier, and n8n to handle tasks such as email notifications, task assignments, lead routing, and integration with external tools. These systems helped clients eliminate repetitive tasks and maintain consistent workflows. In addition, I have worked on optimizing existing Airtable bases by improving structure, fixing broken automations, and enhancing performance for scalability. My focus across all projects is to build reliable, easy-to-use Airtable systems that simplify operations, reduce manual work, and support business growth.
