Manuscript Editor
Nov 2025 - Present • 1 yr
Worked with authors to improve their manuscripts, focusing on awkward sentences, weak transitions, repetition, and paragraphs that needed better flow. I edited drafts in Microsoft Word using Track Changes and comments, making sure my suggestions improved readability without changing the author's intended meaning or writing voice.
Proofreader

Reviewed completed manuscripts to catch spelling mistakes, punctuation errors, missing words, inconsistent formatting, and grammatical issues that could easily be overlooked. I carefully reviewed the text, corrected errors, and made a final pass to ensure the manuscript was clean and consistent before submission or publication.
