FAQ
Do I need to know n8n to order?
No. Describe the process or send a screenshot of the error. I build or fix it, test it, and record a short Loom so you can turn it on yourself.
Can you fix a broken n8n workflow ?
Yes. That is what Basic is for. Send the JSON or a screenshot of the failed node. I repair logic, webhooks, credentials, and mappings, and then show you a successful run.
Cloud n8n or self-hosted which do you use?
Both. I can work in your n8n Cloud, on your self-hosted instance, or build in a temp account and export the JSON for you to import.
Who owns the workflow when we are done?
You do. You get the JSON file and the Loom. Credentials stay in your accounts. I never keep a copy of your API keys.
Do I need my own OpenAI or VAPI keys?
Yes. You create keys in your own accounts. I connect them inside the workflow. I never run your production traffic on my keys.
What is the difference between the packages?
Basic = 1 fix or 1 simple n8n workflow, 24h. Standard = AI-assisted workflow across 5 apps. Premium = WhatsApp chatbot or VAPI voice agent wired into your CRM.
Can you work in French?
Yes. I work in English and French, do Loom walkthroughs, and can do live video calls if you want one.
What if my app is not in the list?
Message me the app name. If n8n has a node or the app has an API / webhook, I can usually automate it. I will tell you before you order.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Every package includes a short window to make sure it runs. Premium includes 7 days. Add the 30-day support extra if you want longer cover.
