Budget controlling or liquidity controlling is key to a stable business. By building a simple yet effective sheet that compares your plan with the actual consumption, I will elevate your financial oversight to another level. You will gain a lot of insights into your own companies spending and identify major cost drivers.

The sheet needs to be fed with an export from your bank every 2-4 weeks manually, but I can optionally add automizations to, for example, add email notifications, more complex calculations, create reports or update a simple forecast.
