I will build a villa rental website with a digital guest guide
Bledi B
Über diesen Service
Give your villa or apartment its own website and a polished guest experience.
I create responsive custom websites using your approved property facts and rights-cleared photos. Guests explore rooms, amenities and rules, then send booking enquiries. You confirm availability, prices and booking terms.
ESSENTIAL: 1 property, 1 language, up to 6 sections, 12 supplied photos and enquiry form.
SIGNATURE: 1 property, 2 agreed languages, mobile/PDF guest guide, printable QR card and 6 editable host messages.
COLLECTION: up to 3 properties, shared brand and property pages, guides and QR cards.
Includes content upload, hosting setup, social links, source files and handover. Domain, hosting and paid form providers cost extra. Calendar sync, online payments and instant booking are separate scope.
I use AI-assisted design/content workflows. You approve property facts and translations before launch. My portfolio uses a fictional villa with clearly disclosed AI concept photos. Client projects use real approved photos. No booking or revenue guarantees.
Message me with your property brief before ordering.

I run Auralis Stay Studio, offering property websites and digital guest guides for independent villa and apartment hosts. My service uses AI-assisted content and design workflows, with client review of property facts and translations. Packages can include a responsive website, booking enquiry form, printable guest guide, QR card and editable host messages. My portfolio uses a clearly labelled fictional villa concept. Real client projects use approved property details and rights-cleared photography.
FAQ
Is this an instant booking engine?
The packages support booking enquiries. You confirm availability, final prices and booking terms. Calendar synchronisation, payments and instant booking require separate scope.
Does the price include hosting and a domain?
Hosting setup is included. Domain registration, recurring hosting and paid form providers are separate costs. We agree the provider, ownership and costs before ordering.
Which languages and photographs can I use?
Essential includes one agreed language; Signature and Collection include two. You approve translations. Supply accurate property facts and rights-cleared real photos. Portfolio photos are AI concepts of a fictional villa.
What is included in the guest guide?
Signature and Collection include a mobile guide, printable PDF and QR card. Topics can cover arrival, Wi-Fi, appliances, pool guidance, house rules, host-approved local information and departure. Keep access codes and private information off public pages.
What does a revision include?
One consolidated set of changes to the agreed design and content. Essential has one round; Signature and Collection have two. New properties, languages or integrations change the scope.
What do I receive at delivery?
Website source files, agreed guest materials and handover instructions. We test the enquiry form with your approved mailbox before launch. Source rights are subject to third-party licences. No occupancy, revenue or search ranking guarantees.
