What service I provide is creating Training Programs suitable for certain people, depending on their previous experience with working out, their physique, what their goals are, what kind of access they have to different equipment. I can create a personalized monthly or weekly plan for anyone. The more information I can obtain about the person in terms of the things I listed before, the more accurate and better the training program will be. I can make any program for anyone and if they aren't pleased with my services and the results, I am more than happy to refund their money.

When you order one of the plans, I would like as much information as I can get on what you would like to do, your goal with this plan, what you have access to, how many days you would like to train for in a week. The more information you can give me the better the plan will be.
