As a formulation chemist working from my own lab, I specialize in developing custom perfume, cologne, and cosmetic formulas for brands, startups, and individual clients. My work spans the full formulation process from initial concept and ingredient selection through prototype testing, refinement, and final product samples ready for production. For example, a typical project might start with a client describing a vague idea "something warm, woody, and long-lasting, but not overpowering." From there, I work through ingredient selection, build a first prototype, adjust based on feedback, and refine until the scent or product matches what they had in mind delivering a documented formula they can take to production. I formulate across multiple categories including fragrance, skincare, haircare, and aromatherapy products, with close attention to ingredient compatibility, stability, and scent or texture accuracy. I also accommodate natural and organic ingredient preferences when requested. Whether it's a first-time entrepreneur testing a single product idea or a brand developing a multi-product line, I bring real chemistry and hands-on lab experience to every formula I create.
