What documents do you need to do proper bookkeeping regarding my sell through Shopify, or Amazon?
Need the following for proper bookkeeping: 1. Relevant Bank Account and Credit Card Account Statements in pdf form. 2. PayPal Affecting Statement in CSV form. 3. Details Sales Report from Marketplaces. 4. Details Payout/ Payment/ Settlement Reports from Marketplaces.
I use Quickbooks Online or Xero and A2X to integrate with Amazon & Shopify. Do you need access to these Apps?
Yes. ✅I need access to QuickBooks Online or Xero as an Accountant. ✅I also need access to Amazon Seller Central & Shopify to obtain the required Reports. ✅I need access to A2X to confirm accurate Tax Mapping and Cost of Sales Mapping.
My Bank/Credit Card account is connected to QuickBooks. Then why do you need statements in PDF format?
Even your Bank or Credit Card is connected to your QBO account. I will need statements for cross-checking transactions with QBO or Xero register, reconciliation, and adjusting PayPal/Stripe fees appropriately.
How can you guarantee my data security?
