At Movimenti Production, I managed the legal considerations behind transforming creative concepts into commercially viable productions. My involvement extended across project development, talent participation, content ownership, production execution, and exploitation, with each matter requiring legal solutions tailored to the particular production. Before cameras rolled, I established whether the necessary rights existed to use scripts, music, locations, artwork, photographs, brands, and other protected material. I also determined when releases, permissions, assignments, or licenses were required to avoid restrictions that could later interfere with distribution. Production relationships brought a separate range of responsibilities. I worked on arrangements involving directors, performers, writers, crew members, composers, photographers, agencies, and production vendors, addressing matters such as compensation, credits, usage rights, confidentiality, creative approvals, and ownership of commissioned contributions. Once content moved toward commercial release, my attention shifted to broadcasting, streaming, international sales, festival exhibition, advertising uses, sponsorship arrangements, and other exploitation opportunities. I examined whether proposed deals preserved valuable territories, formats, revenue interests, and future uses rather than unnecessarily transferring them. I also became involved when payment disputes, rights conflicts, clearance deficiencies, or unauthorized exploitation threatened a project. By tracing contractual authority and ownership history, I helped Movimenti Production secure its creative properties, maintain clean rights documentation, strengthen negotiating leverage, and position completed productions for continued commercial use.
