Unfortunately, there was a clear misunderstanding regarding the scope of work. The project requirements were not fully understood, which led to a proposal that did not align with what was actually needed.

we wanted a template adapted but that is apparently not what this consultant does. in the end I received a nice template without customisation. on the whole not the outcome I wanted but it's something at least.

Their work has been spot on, very accurate and well formatted. I’ve used them for a couple projects and had great success. I would highly recommend them. Thanks Ahmad for your hard work on this delivery! It meets my expectations and my clients will be very happy.
