I think the computer related issues are like a black box. You never know what is inside and never know the level of effort to be made to solve the problem. Ashok is really patient with the work, although it was beyond what was expecting before he starts with my problem. I highly recommend him.

Ashokj89 went over and beyond to restore Windows 11 on my laptop. He worked well throughout the night to resolve several different errors that popped up as he was working. He has great communication, quick response and very knowledgeable.

I have been having issues with my peripherals on my laptop. He answered extremely quickly and got to work. I have been fighting all day to get them to work, and he got it done in less than an hour (I considered myself above average when it comes to technology) highly recommend

I asked for a fix at 16.17pm and an hour later we had worked out that the problem was hardware, not software, so though he couldn't fix it we know what the problem is now and that Samsung hardware is the culprit! Very quick and polite service.
