Messy Excel or CSV data? I will clean your file using agreed rules and explain what changed. I can remove duplicates using an agreed key; standardize dates, numbers, column names and text; flag missing or invalid values; and merge compatible files. I do not invent missing data. You receive a clean XLSX or CSV file, a cleaning summary, and a separate review file when records need your decision. Original source files are preserved. Basic: 1 file/sheet, up to 100 rows and 10 columns. Standard: up to 3 files/sheets, 5,000 total rows and 20 columns. Premium: up to 3 files/sheets, 10,000 total rows and 20 columns, plus a Python script and setup guide for one agreed schema. See the synthetic portfolio demo for a before-and-after example. Which files can you clean?
I accept CSV and XLSX. Please send a redacted sample first for multiple sheets, formulas, unusual layouts or large files. PDFs, images, scanned documents and VBA/macros are outside these packages.
What counts toward the row limit?
The limit is the total number of source data rows across all included files and sheets, excluding headers. Duplicates count toward this limit. Basic covers 10 columns; Standard and Premium cover 20.
How do you handle missing values and duplicates?
I follow the rules we agree on. I do not invent missing values or silently resolve conflicting records. Exact duplicates can be removed; conflicting IDs and invalid records are flagged for your review.
How will you protect my files?
I use files only for the agreed order. I will not upload your data to external AI services or share it with others without your permission. Please redact unnecessary personal or confidential fields before sending a sample.
What does the Premium script include?
A Python script, setup instructions and an example run for one agreed file structure. It does not include APIs, hosting, scheduling, a user interface or ongoing maintenance. Changes to the input schema may need a new scope.
What does a revision cover?
A revision addresses corrections within the original files and agreed cleaning rules. New datasets, extra columns, additional features or changed business rules are a new scope, not an included revision.
