Designed a microservices architecture using Python (FastAPI), React.js, and Vector Databases (ChromaDB/Qdrant) to parse and retrieve context from complex municipal PDFs. Implemented strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) with dynamic prompt injection, delivering tailored technical guidance across 5 distinct hierarchical profiles. Enforced robust AI guardrails (Autonomy Levels N0-N4) at the backend to guarantee deterministic outputs, strict source traceability, and zero data leakage. Judicial Financial Data Extractor (AI ETL Pipeline) Built a Python ETL pipeline to process unstructured, highly complex judicial payment documents (RPVs) and calculation sheets.
