SaaS and crypto product lines, working alongside an art director, a project manager, two other designers and in-house developers. • Built 5 design systems from scratch on token architecture, proposed independently of client briefs, which held consistency across parallel engagements and cut rework between projects. • Led design on selected projects when assigned by the art director, coordinating an illustrator, a 3D designer, a motion designer and a second UI/UX designer: briefing each specialist, reviewing their output and integrating it into one coherent product • Ran 2 to 3 client engagements at the same time by starting each one from the system rather than from screens. • Presented each significant decision with a recommended direction and a second viable option beside it, tradeoffs stated. Final calls sat with the art director. The method was used often enough that presenting two directions became standard on client reviews. • Stayed on projects past handoff, resolving open questions with developers on calls through to release. • Worked in sprints with daily standups alongside PM and engineering.
