I can create an aerial/"bird's eye view"/top down map for any project and for any industry like real estate, tourism, entertainment, or personal project. What I would need is an engineering file, a Google Map image, or a hand-drawn map as well as things that you would like to see on the map such as property boundaries, available lots, roads and trails, and buildings.
I can also create a map with a legend or key that labels important features on the map.
Perfect for real estate agents, resort owners/operators, novelists, game developers, and property owners.
I can make a map in almost any style. Please note that more "painterly" or water-color like maps will cost more time and money as it will take me longer to achieve this look and will require more resources.
I do not create isometric maps or 3D maps.

FAQ
What types of files can I get?
The basic package will only get you a 72dpi web-ready JPEG. The standard package will get you a 150dpi JPEG or flattened PDF suitable for printing on a smaller scale. The Works will get you the source file, an editable PDF, and any additional JPEGs or PDFs you might need.
Do I need to have an engingeering file?
Not necessarily. A screenshot of a Google Map photo or even a sketch of a map would work fine. If you only provide an address and ask me to provide the source image, I will charge you for my time.
Can you make a map based on a Google map screenshot?
Absolutely! I need two screenshots--one Google Earth image and one image showing roads, trails, etc. as if you were traveling on the road. This makes the process easier and get more accurate results. If you only provide me an address for me to capture the images, I will charge you for my time.
What if I don't know how large my map needs to be?
Think about how and where your audience will view the map. Will it be in a catalog? A website? A wall-mounted sign? You can request the final output of your maps to be at different sizes. If you would like to do this, please let me know before I start on the project so I can plan accordingly.
Can you create a map in another language other than English?
I can label things on the map in your preferred language. I can use Google Translate to get the gist of the word, but if you would provide a translation, that will help me understand a bit more.
Can you do a map for a vendor or craft fair to show where booths are set up?
Absolutely! Please provide a sketch (hand-drawn or digital) of what you want the layout to look like.
Can you do a 3-D map?
No, this is outside of my skill-set.
Can you do a watercolor style map?
I can, but this would be at an additional cost as it takes more time and resources to achieve this look.
