He never finished my order. Started it but went 4 days without responding to my messages asking for status on my order. I ended up cancelling but had to wait 2 days for him to respond before cancellation was processed. Still no response. I went a weekend advertising my business without a logo because of him. Terrible do not use.

'The package description stated that it included four logo concepts, vector/source files, 3D models, transparent background files, print-ready files, a social media kit, and unlimited revisions. However, the files I received do not include all of the promised items. Please provide the missing deliverables...
