I manage shipments for multiple clients importing goods into the United States from countries including Pakistan, India, China, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Malaysia. My responsibilities include determining the correct HTS classification based on product composition, reviewing commercial documentation, and preparing CBP Form 7501 duty sheets for customs clearance. I also coordinate and manage final-mile delivery operations for U.S. clients, ensuring shipments move efficiently from ports, warehouses, or distribution centers to their final destinations. I work closely with carriers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and clients to track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and maintain accurate shipment documentation. I monitor shipment status, coordinate delivery schedules, and help ensure that goods are delivered on time and in accordance with client requirements. This includes handling exceptions, communicating with stakeholders, and supporting the overall import-to-delivery process.
